Of the 35 countries polled, 10 were led by women either directly or indirectly appointed or elected Some of the 10 were those with the most socially progressive standards. Countries led by women had 6 fold fewer deaths compared to those with male leadership The average deaths was about 2,000 – 13,000 The flattening of the curve was more effective and rapid in the former than the latter, with a four fold less steep slope.
